Inside your Hub account you can: - View upcoming deliveries - Pause, skip, or reschedule orders - Add extras like organic milk, dairy, eggs, butter, and other specialty items - Manage your account and subscription settings If you have specific produce exclusions or delivery notes, simply email or call our team and we’ll help. You’re welcome to use either system independently, or both together. ** 2. Pick Your Own Produce & Extra Groceries (Online Shop) shop.organiccollective.com.au Our Online Shop gives you access to hundreds of additional products available through our retail store, including: Pick Your Own certified organic produce - 1 off organic seasonal boxes - Organic meat - Dairy products - Pantry staples - Wholefoods - Household favorites - Adding Extras to Your Existing Box Delivery If you already have a Seasonal Box delivery scheduled, simply: Browse the Online Shop Add your extra items Select “Add to existing order” at checkout We’ll automatically pack everything together into one convenient delivery. (Extra grocery orders are paid separately by card.) Placing a One-Off Order Not subscribed to a regular Seasonal Box? No problem at all. You can place a casual one-off order anytime through our Online Shop. Simply browse the products you’d like, select your preferred delivery or pickup option, and checkout securely online. We’ll take care of the rest.
