**Your Payment Options: You Choose How to Pay** Because we offer Seasonal Boxes, Pick Your Own produce, Grocery Add-ons, and a physical Retail Store, we currently operate across two connected online systems. Each has its own secure login and payment setup, tailored to how you choose to shop with us. 1. The Seasonal Box HUB Subscriptions *Simple and flexible, giving you total choice and control over your deliveries.* --- **Option 1: Automated Card Payments (Set & Forget)** Your orders are paid automatically each cycle through the secure HUB payment processor. **Note on Fees:** There is a small $2.20 service fee per order to help cover secure, automated card processing. This is a shared cost, we cover part of it too! We choose to keep this transparent rather than building it hidden into the price of your produce. **How to update:** Go to My Account (top right) → Billing → Update Card Details --- **Option 2: Weekly Bank Transfer** Prefer to stay hands-on? You can pay via weekly bank transfers with no additional fees. It’s a flexible, simple option that keeps you fully in control. --- **Option 3: Account Credit (Pay Ahead)** Add credit to your HUB account via bank transfer and draw down from it over time. Many members find this the easiest way to manage their subscription, Upfront payments, and everything runs smoothly until it's time to top up. We’ll send you a friendly email reminder when your balance top up is due. 💡 **Paying via Bank Transfer or Account Credit?** Please always include your **Customer Reference Code** so we can correctly identify your payment. You can find this code right under your name on your A4 packing slip. 2. Online Grocery Store & Pick Your Own Produce *For casual, one-off orders and retail items.* --- **Option 4: Secure Online Checkout** You can place a one-off order anytime for hundreds of additional products available through our online grocery store. Simply browse, select your preferred delivery or pickup option, and checkout securely. **Pro tip:** If you have a regular box and want to add extras, just place a grocery order and select "add to existing order" pay with card at checkout. We'll pack everything together for your delivery. **Please note: Our Online Shop** https://shop.organiccollective.com.au/home/ uses a separate login from the HUB, and these orders are paid individually by card at the time of checkout. **A Small Note on How We Do Things** We have always believed in keeping our pricing clear, honest, and transparent.
